10th DELICIOUS BARIGER porridge

Ingredients:


A handful of oats

1 glass of low fat milk

1 small apple

A handful of fresh berries (raspberries, earth, blueberry, etc)


Preparation:


First The apple and the oatmeal in a blender puree

Second This mixture boil briefly in milk (or water)

Third Simmer for 10 minutes and stirring occasionally

4th Let cool a bit, B (a) eeren it and hm ... hmmmmm!
